Bicolite (Indochinite) Tektites Indonesia
Authentic Natural Impact Glass!!
These powerful little pieces of Earth history are Indochinite Tektites, a form of natural glass created by an ancient meteorite impact approximately 788,000 years ago 😱
How they formed:
A massive Meteorite struck what is now Southeast Asia, unleashing energy equivalent to hundreds of thousands of nuclear bombs. The heat and pressure from the impact instantly melted surrounding Earth rock, launching it into the atmosphere. As the molten material soared through the sky, it cooled rapidly, forming these aerodynamic, glassy shapes we now call Tektites.
Each piece features naturally pitted, matte black surface, and some may show bicolour tones, splash forms, or faint translucency under strong light. While they are not meteorites themselves, they are cosmic impact glass formed through one of Earth’s most extreme natural events.
